- Sep. 30, 2009: The index production was expanded to the divisions of industrial classification.
- Mar 3, 2011: Published ICT equipment investment index as a special classification
- Feb. 28, 2014: Revised equipment investment index based on 2010 (2010=100)
- Published equipment investment index excluding special classification such as ships and aircrafts
- Jul. 31, 2019: Revised equipment investment index based on 2015 (2015=100)
